The role is based at our site in Shenstone, Staffordshire. The working hours will be fairly typical for a farm during harvest and drilling and will largely be dictated by the weather and 7 day a week working may be necessary on occasions.

 

Job Requirements

 

Key activities:

Tractor-work

Machinery operation

Working safely and in accordance with health & safety protocols

Any other tasks commensurate with the job level

 

Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

Full clean driving licence

Previous tractor driving experience.

 

Desired experience skills and qualifications:

Certificates of competence in operating a telescopic handler and in driving a tractor would be an advantage.

Work individually and part of a team.

Basic Machinery maintenance

Previous harvest experience
