A fantastic job opportunity to join a team with hands on training in the fresh produce industry. Working in an important role within a busy pack house environment. Duties will include washing, weighing, preparing and packing vegetables (Carrots & Parsnips)

The role will be based at our site in Shenstone, Staffordshire.

Hours of Work: 6.00AM – 5PM which may vary due to business demands.

Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7, flexibility required.

 

Duties:

Working on a food production Line

Adhere to H&S guidelines & Food Safety regulations

Trimming, preparing and Packing Products (fresh produce)

Monitor the product to ensure it meets quality standards

General Housekeeping and cleaning of Work Areas

Maintain High Standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

 

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as warehouse or production operative beneficial but not essential

Flexible to do a variety of shifts, minimum 8hrs to 12hrs depending on production requirements

Ability to work as part of a team

 

Pay Rate £9.91/h
