Our award winning parsnips are stamped with the Great Taste Awards seal of approval. From selecting the seed, to when they are harvested, we ensure our parsnips have the best environment to grow and flourish.
By harvesting on a daily basis, we guarantee our customers the shelf life they require and therefore reduce unnecessary waste. Our farm’s team continually look for ways to innovate through new seed varieties, machinery advances, and farming techniques. Also, we use a simple trace-ability system, which means we can tell the story of each parsnip right from the beginning.
During the summer months, our parsnips are hand weeded. Parsnips like the cold and are best stored in the fridge.
