Orange Carrot & Ginger Super Smoothie


Ingredients –

Three large oranges

1 Bunch of medium sized carrots

1 Lime ( squeezed )

2 cm crushed ginger

1 Tsp Spirulina powder



  1. Peel and chop all ingredients & then add to blender


2.Pulse blend for 2 minutes


3. Add Ice cubes to mix until mixture if cold light and frothy


4.Pour in to a cold glass and enjoy
